Meet Dr. Susan Sergie, DMD

Dr. Susan Sergie, DMD, is the lead dentist at North Coast Family Dentistry and is deeply committed to fostering genuine connections with each patient, treating them like cherished family members. Born in Bethel and raised in Alakanuk, Alaska, Dr. Sergie’s passion for serving her community is evident in her approach to dentistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, and further honed her skills through Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry (AEPD) at NYU Langone in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Sergie holds numerous certifications and licenses, and while her expertise in pediatric dentistry is exceptional, she extends her comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including those with special needs.

With her warm and friendly demeanor, Dr. Sergie ensures a welcoming and inclusive environment where patients feel at ease and heard. She values attentive listening, understanding patients’ unique backgrounds and needs, and collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that empower them to achieve optimal oral health.
